Cake baking class at Zingermans deli. Ann Arbor Michigan


First off a flourless chocolate cake that was extremely rich, dense and chocalatety 


Next was a traditional angel food cake that was fantastic.   The real vanilla and real ingredients can't compare to the boxed version or $5 supermarket version
(Wrapped up for the trip to Chicago )

Finally there was a buttermilk cake made into a pineapple upside down cake.  The cake plain was great but the fresh pineapple and Michigan cherries put it over the top
